风险评估表结合追踪方法学对手术室患者安全的管理效果研究

Study on the management effect of risk assessment table combined with tracking methodology on patient safety in operating room

目的探讨风险评估表结合追踪方法对手术室患者安全的管理效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月(实施风险评估表结合追踪方法学之前)于我院接受手术的患者1902例为对照组,并选取2017年2月~2018年2月(实施风险评估表结合追踪方法学之后)于我院接受手术的患者1891例为观察组,比较两组患者在接受手术中的手术室护理质量评分、不良事件发生情况(药物过敏、仪器设备处于未工作状态、用药错误和患者资料登记错误)以及患者对于医生工作和手术效果的满意度。结果对照组手术室护理质量评分为(72.11±17.46)分,不良事件发生情况为药物过敏32例,仪器设备处于未工作状态17例,用药错误4例,患者资料登记错误8例,总发生率为3.21%(61/3264),患者对医生工作满意度为65.46%(1245/1902),对手术效果满意度为70.82%(1347/1902);观察组手术室护理质量评分为(92.71±15.49)分,不良事件发生情况为药物过敏9例,仪器设备处于未工作状态6例,用药错误0例,患者资料登记错误2例,总发生率为0.90%(17/1891),患者对医生工作满意度为92.07%(1741/1891),对手术效果满意度为95.08%(1798/1891),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险评估表结合追踪方法学可以降低手术中不良事件的发生率,提高患者的满意度,降低手术失败的风险,更好的保障患者在手术中的安全。

Objective To explore the effect of the risk assessment table combined with the tracking method on the safety of patients in the operating room. Methods A total of 1902 patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017(before implementation of the risk assessment table combined with follow-up methodologies) were seleced the control group and selected from February 2017 to February 2018(implemented risk After the evaluation table combined with follow-up methodology,1891 patients undergoing surgery in our hospital were selected experimental group.The operating room quality scores,adverse events(drug allergies,inoperative status,medication errors,and patient data registration errors) and the patient’s satisfaction with the doctor’s work and surgical outcome were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group,the quality of nursing care in the operating room was(72.11±17.46).The incidence of adverse events was 32 cases of drug allergy,17 cases of instruments were inactive,4 cases of medication errors,and 8 cases of patient data registration errors.The total incidence was 3.21%(61/3264),the patient’s job satisfaction with the doctor was 65.46%(1245/1902),and the satisfaction with the surgical outcome was 70.82%(1347/1902).The nursing quality score of the observation group was(92.71±15.49),the adverse events occurred in 9 cases of drug allergy,the instrument was in the unworked state in 6 cases,the medication error was 0 cases,and the patient data registration error was 2 cases,the total incidence was 0.90%(17/1891),the patient’s job satisfaction with the doctor was 92.07%(1741/1891),and the satisfaction with the surgical outcome was 95.08%(1798/1891).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The risk assessment form combined with the tracking methodology can reduce the incidence of adverse events during surgery,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the risk of surgical failure,and better protect patients’ safety during surgery.
