涂药除萌装置作业过程中苗木安全性分析及试验

摘要 根据矮化中间砧苹果苗木嫁接过程中需及时除去中间砧萌蘖,进而保证苹果品种接穗健壮生长的农艺需求,设计了1种适用于矮化中间砧苹果苗木的涂药除萌装置。为了验证苗木在涂药除萌装置作业过程中不会造成损伤,通过运动学仿真分析及有限元分析对矮化中间砧苹果苗木进行安全性分析,结果显示:在拖拉机牵引除萌装置慢二档作业,辊轮转向最佳,辊轮转速为0.5~25.82rad/s进行涂药除萌作业过程中,苗木安全系数的最小值为7.41,不会对苗木造成损伤,田间试验验证涂药除萌装置作业效果良好,苗木损伤率低于3%,满足涂药除萌作业过程中除萌参数对砧木破损率的要求。 According to the agronomic needs of apple rootstock grafting in dwarfing interstocks, the agro-grafted rootstock need to be removed in time to ensure the robust growth of apple varieties. A suitable removal device for for dwarfing interstock apple rootstock was designed. In order to verify that the rootstock will not be damaged during the process of applicator degermination, kinematics analysis and finite element analysis were used to analyze the safety of dwarfing interstock apple rootstock and field experiments in the nursery. The results showed that: When the device is operated in slow second gear, the roller steering is optimal, and the minimum safety factor of rootstock is 7.41 during the process of applicator removal with the roller speed of 0.5rad/s to 25.82rad/s, which will not cause damage to the rootstock. Field trials verified that the application of the removal device for the applied medicine was effective and the rootstock damage rate was less than 3%, which met the requirements of the degermination parameters during the degermination operation of the applicator.
