口腔正畸联合奥硝唑治疗牙周病致前牙移位的疗效研究

Curative Efficacy of Oral Orthodontics Combined with Tinidazole in Treatment of Periodontal Disease Causes Anterior Tooth Displacement

目的:探讨口腔正畸联合奥硝唑治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年5月-2016年5月于笔者医院进行治疗的90例牙周病致前牙移位患者进行研究,随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=42)。观察组采用口腔正畸联合奥硝唑进行治疗;对照组采用口腔正畸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度、前牙覆盖、探诊出血率、前牙覆牙合及功能评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度及前牙覆盖水平无明显差异,治疗后,两组患者牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖均显著改善(P<0.05);且观察组患者牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的探诊出血率、前牙覆牙合相比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组探诊出血率、前牙覆牙合水平明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者美观、咀嚼、舒适及固定评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸联合奥硝唑治疗牙周病致前牙移位患者的疗效较高,可有效改善患者牙周水平,且患者基本可以耐受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study Curative efficacy of Oral orthodontics combined with tinidazole in treatment of Periodontal disease causes anterior tooth displacement. Methods 90 patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected for the study, the patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=42). The observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment combined with tinidazole. The control group received orthodontic treatment. Then we compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, periodontal pocket depth and alveolar bone height, dental coverage, explore clinical hemorrhage rate, before the tooth and functional score. Results After treatment, the effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%, significantly higher than that in the control group 78.57%(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in periodontal pocket depth, alveolar bone height and anterior tooth coverage between the two groups. After treatment, periodontal pocket depth and anterior tooth coverage in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05). In addition, the periodontal pocket depth and anterior tooth coverage level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before the treatment, two groups of agents clinical hemorrhage rate, front teeth compared with no significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment, two groups of clinical bleeding rate, front teeth level declined obviously, and the observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05). Aesthetic degree, chewing, comfort and fixation scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral orthodontics combined with ornidazole in the treatment of periodontal disease caused by anterior tooth displacement patients has a high curative effect, can effectively improve the periodontal level of patients, and patients can basically tolerate, worthy of promotion and application.
