协同护理模式对面部整形术后患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响 被引量:6

The Influence of Negative Emotion and Quality of Life on Patients after Facial Plastic Surgery Using Collaborative Nursing Model

摘要 目的:探究协同护理模式对面部整形手术效果及患者负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年10月在笔者医院接受颜面部整形手术的116例面部损伤患者,随机分为常规组(58例)和协同组(58例),常规组患者给予常规护理,协同组则采用协同护理模式进行护理。观察并比较两组患者术后满意度、生活质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分和医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分。结果:干预前两组的健康感受、活动能力、家庭支持评分等生活质量指数比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预后,协同组的健康感受、活动能力、生活感受、日常生活、家庭支持等SQLI评分均升高(P<0.05);常规组的健康感受、活动能力评分升高(P<0.05),生活感受、日常生活、家庭支持的评分改变则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。协同组的手术效果、护理满意度、自信心评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且协同组患者的SAS和SDS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的面对评分均升高,回避评分、屈服评分均降低,且协同组患者的面对评分高于常规组,回避评分、屈服评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在面部整形手术患者中开展协同护理干预,能够显著改善患者的负性情绪,患者主动参与到治疗与护理过程中,可提高生活质量及术后满意度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effects of surgery and negative emotions in patients after facial plastic using collaborative nursing model. Methods 116 patients with facial injury who underwent facial plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the routine group(58 cases) and the collaborative group(58 cases). The routine group was given routine nursing, while the collaborative group was given collaborative nursing model. Postoperative satisfaction, the scores of quality of life, anxiety, depression and medical coping questionnaire(MCMQ) were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no statistical difference in the scores of health feeling, activity ability and family support and SQLI between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of health feeling, activity ability, life feeling, daily life, family support and SQLI in the collaborative group increased(P<0.05);the scores of health feeling, activity ability and SQLI in the routine group increased(P<0.05), while the scores of life feeling, daily life and family support had no statistical difference(P>0.05). The operation effect, nursing satisfaction and the score of self-confidence in the collaborative group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the collaborative group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05). After intervention, the score of face in both groups increased, the score of avoidance and yield decreased, and the score of face in the collaborative group was higher than that in the routine group, the score of avoidance and yield were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Collaborative nursing model in patients with facial plastic surgery can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients, actively participate in the treatment and nursing process, and then improve the quality of life and postoperative satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
