皮肤摄影设备及其在光电美容治疗中的应用

面部美学及面部年轻态的评估不仅包含对面部轮廓的评估,也包含对面部皮肤状态(皮肤的颜色、光泽度、纹理、毛孔程度等)的评估。美容治疗实践中,多用皮肤摄影设备来记录治疗前后的皮肤状态,通过客观、量化的图像或报告,一方面可以辅助临床医生正确诊断皮肤问题并监测疗效,另一方面亦可提高患者的依从性,减少纠纷。本文对国内外美容领域应用较为广泛的皮肤摄影设备进行了分类介绍,并对其原理、功能及其在光电美容治疗中的应用进行综述,以期为临床医生合理选择并使用相应设备提供参考。

The evaluation of facial aesthetics and facial youthfulness includes not only the facial contour, but also the facial skin condition: skin color, wrinkles, texture, pores and so on. With the development of science and technology, the functions of special photographic equipment for skin are stronger than ever. The application of these photographic equipment can help clinicians to diagnose and evaluate the skin condition correctly, and monitor the curative effect. This article introduces some photographic equipment widely used in the field of cosmetic dermatology domestically and abroad.
