摘要
针对公立医院现有网络安全体系结构和健康管理信息化现状,提出基于反向代理的"健康管理+互联网"系统建设方案。通过代理节点内部任务调度二级管控和节点监控管理提供数据通信QoS保障,利用HTTPS和数字签名加密技术提供数据通信安全。实践证明,该系统的个性化预约、扫码支付、人数管控、报告对比查看等功能在健康管理中心检前、检中和检后服务中应用。这既有效减轻健康管理中心日常工作量、提高检查科室资源利用率、提升用户满意度,还可以通过系统互联网运营及其增值服务扩大健康管理中心体检业务量和额度。
In view of the current network security architecture and health management informationization in public hospitals, we proposed a "Health Management+Internet" system construction scheme based on reverse proxy. The second-level task scheduling control and node monitoring management within the proxy node provided the guarantee of data communication quality of service(QoS), and we used HTTPS and digital signature encryption technology to provide data communication security. Practice has proved that the functions of personalized reservation, scanning payment, number control, report comparison and viewing are applied in the pre-inspection, in-inspection and post-inspection services of health management center. This can not only effectively reduce the daily workload of the health management center, improve the utilization rate of the resources of the inspection departments, and enhance the satisfaction of users, but also expand the medical service volume and quota of the health management center through the system Internet operation and its value-added services.
