中置轴轿运车实际道路工况油耗测试研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用4辆中置轴轿运车开展了整车实际道路行驶工况的燃油消耗量测试试验,分析了车辆在等速工况、加速工况以及怠速工况下的油耗测试结果,结果表明:轿运车等速工况行驶时,其油耗随车速的增加而增加;加速工况下,车辆比功率与加速油耗整体变化趋势说明,车辆的比功率越大则加速油耗越高,且与牵引货车相比,汽车列车加速油耗仅上升了4%左右,而比功率却下降了45%左右;轿运车怠速工况的油耗结果相差较小,油耗偏差均在5%以内;与牵引货车相比,汽车列车的综合油耗虽然上升了15%~35%,但单位货物的燃油消耗量却下降了40%~50%,且综合油耗上升比例小于车重增加比例,即表明了汽车列车的运输效率更高,燃油经济性更好。 This paper selects four center axis sedans to carry out the test of the actual road fuel consumption of the whole vehicle. Analyzing the fuel consumption test results under constant speed conditions, acceleration conditions and idle conditions, results show that the fuel consumption increases when the car speed increases at constant speed conditions;under accelerated conditions, the overall trend of vehicles specific power and acceleration fuel consumption shows that the higher the specific power of the vehicles, the higher the fuel consumption. And compared with the towing truck, the fuel consumption of the car train has only increased by about 4%, while the specific power has decreased by about 45%.;The fuel consumption results of the idling condition of the car have slightly difference, and the fuel consumption deviations are within 5%. Compared with the traction truck, the comprehensive fuel consumption of the car train has increased by about 15~35%, but the fuel consumption per unit of goods has dropped by about 40~50%, and the increase in the comprehensive fuel consumption is less than the increase in the weight of the vehicles. So car trains have higher transport efficiency and better fuel economy.
