福州新区构建“一带一路”战略支点研究

Research on Strategic Fulcrum in Construction of “The Belt and Road Initiative” in Fuzhou New District

在中国大力推动“一带一路”的战略背景下,福州新区想在众多国家级新区建设中脱颖而出,必须明确构建“一带一路”倡议支点的发展目标。根据波特的竞争优势理论和可持续发展理论提出福州新区的发展战略,并通过AHP层次分析法构建决策分析结构模型,对若干建设方案进行综合、定量的评价,从而提出了注重资金筹措、发展战略新兴产业、引进人才和促进区域融合等福州新区对接“一带一路”的合理化建议。

If Fuzhou New District wants to stand out in the construction of numerous national new districts against the strategic background of Chinese vigorously promoted “The Belt and Road Initiative”, its development goal of strategic fulcrum in the construction must be clear. The paper puts forward the development strategy of Fuzhou New District according to Potter’s theory of competitive advantage and the sustainable development theory. It also constructs decision analysis model through the analysis method of AHP, makes synthesis and quantitative evaluation of several construction schemes, and then puts forward the rationalized proposals of Fuzhou New District docking “the Belt and Road Initiative”, such as focusing on financing, developing strategic emerging industries, introducing talents and promoting regional integration.
