摘要
高校作为社会的人才培养中心,是技术技能型人才的重要输出平台。近年来,高校的工作重点是如何培养企业需求型人才,实现人才与企业的无缝对接;而企业的工作重点,则是如何让高校人才迅速融入企业环境,承接企业重要工作。在这种大环境下,校企合作的人才培养方式迅速发展,成为许多高校的培养新模式,但在实际运作中,校企合作模式仍然存在许多问题。本文以漳州科技职业学院为例,探讨了学校校企合作期间存在的若干问题,并提出了建设性意见,旨在提高学校的校企合作成效,助力学校发展。
As a social talent training center, colleges and universities are an important output platform for skilled talents. In recent years, colleges and universities focus on how to cultivate demand-oriented talents and realize seamless connection between talents and enterprises. The key point of the enterprise is how to integrate the university talents into the enterprise environment and undertake the important work of the enterprise. In such an environment, the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation has developed rapidly, which has become a new mode of training in many universities. However, there are still many problems in the actual operation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode. This paper takes Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology as an example, discusses several problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of our university, and puts forward constructive Suggestions, aiming at improving the school-enterprise cooperation eff ect of our university and facilitating the development of our university.
