航天电缆网自动布线机控制系统的研究

摘要 自动布线机致力于改变传统航天电缆网生产工序,用机器代替人工自动化完成繁杂、量多的布线工作。提高车间生产效率,降低人工失误率,全面提升航天电缆网的制造水平。自动布线机的运动控制方案采用专用控制系统和“PC+运动控制卡”,充分利用计算机资源,解决自动布线过程中复杂的机械运动轨迹,完成导线的自动布线功能。该控制方案适用于运动过程、机械轨迹都比较复杂,而且柔性比较强的设备。 The automatic wiring machine is dedicated to changing the production process of the traditional aerospace cable network, and replacing the manual automation with the machine to complete the complicated and large amount of wiring work. Improve the production efficiency of the workshop, reduce the rate of human error, and comprehensively improve the manufacturing level of the aerospace cable network. The motion control scheme of the automatic wiring machine adopts a dedicated control system and a “PC + motion control card” to make full use of computer resources, solve complex mechanical motion trajectories in the automatic wiring process, and complete the automatic wiring function of the wires. The control scheme is suitable for equipment with relatively complicated motion processes and relatively strong mechanical trajectories.
