摘要
波特的钻石模型是分析某个产业竞争力的强有力的工具,它包括六个方面:生产要素、需求分析、相关支持性产业、企业战略与同业竞争、政府和机遇。本文利用钻石模型对以青岛啤酒为代表的青岛地区啤酒产业进行发展分析,对其发展提出若干建议。
Porter's diamond model is a powerful tool for analyzing the competitiveness of an industry. It includes six aspects: production factors, demand analysis, related supporting industries, corporate strategy and horizontal competition, government and opportunities. This paper uses the diamond model to analyze the development of the beer industry in Qingdao, represented by Tsingtao Brewery, and to make some suggestions for its development.
