青藏高原大学生创业激励问题调查研究——以西宁市城东区大学生创业园为例

Investigation and Research on Entrepreneurship Incentive of College Students in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau——Taking the College Students Pioneering Park of Chengdong District of Xining City as an Example

目前,我国大学生创业成功率较低。据调查,不完善的大学生创业企业激励机制,会导致员工丧失主动性与积极性,不利于大学生企业的发展,这也是大学生创业失败的重要原因之一。本文通过对青藏高原地区西宁市城东区大学生创业园大学生创业激励问题进行调查,对当前大学生创业的现状和存在的问题进行探讨,提出改进意见和建议,供青藏高原地区大学生创业和政府相关决策部门参考。

At present, the success rate of College Students'entrepreneurship is low. According to the survey, the imperfect incentive mechanism of College Students'entrepreneurship enterprises will lead to the loss of initiative and enthusiasm of employees, which is not conducive to the development of college students' enterprises, which is also one of the important reasons for the failure of college students'entrepreneurship. This paper investigates the incentive problem of College Students'entrepreneurship in Chengdong District of Xining City in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, explores the current situation and existing problems of college students' entrepreneurship, and puts forward suggestions for improvement, which can be used as a reference for college students'entrepreneurship in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and relevant government decision-making departments.
