高职会计专业“代理记账工作室”模式的产教融合实践 被引量:4

摘要 产教融合是高职专业发展的必然方向,只有把产业的需求、行业的标准、企业的工作流程融入教学,才能培养出符合当今社会需要的应用型人才。但是对于高职会计专业而言,如何进行产教融合一直以来都是困扰会计专业建设的难题,笔者以上海电子信息职业技术学院会计专业建设过程中对于如何进行产教融合为例,探索以建立“代理记账工作室”模式促进高职会计专业的校企合作。通过上海电子信息职业技术学院会计专业产教融合建设的情况,分析了该模式的问题和不足,进一步挖掘了解决该模式问题的对策。 The integration of production and education is the inevitable direction of the development of higher vocational professions. Only by integrating the needs of the industry, the standards of the industry, and the workflow of the enterprise into the teaching, can we cultivate the application-oriented talents that meet the needs of today's society. However, for higher vocational accounting majors, how to integrate production and education has always been a problem that plagues the construction of accounting profession. The author takes the example of how to conduct the integration of production and education in the process of accounting professional construction of Shanghai Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College. The “Accounting Studio” model promotes school-enterprise cooperation in higher accounting professions. Through the integration of production and education in the accounting profession of Shanghai Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College, the problems and shortcomings of this model were analyzed, and the countermeasures to solve the problem were further explored.
