Research on improving supplier performance management through information technology

面向型号供应商管理与物资保证需求,以"管理制度化、制度流程化、流程表单化、表单信息化"为思路,以供应商管理信息系统建设为依托,开展"应用信息化技术提升供应商管理绩效"的研究工作。运用质量管理的工具和方法,将管理流程转化为信息流程,通过信息系统数据交互同步实施供应商名录管理、准入管理、绩效评价、档案管理、供应商信息共享等业务,提升供应商管理绩效。

Facing the supplier management and material assurance requirements for projects, taking "To institutionalize management, to break down the rules and regulations into processes, to tabularize the processes, and, to informatize the tables" as the train of thoughts, relying on supplier management information systems, we carry out the research and application of improving supplier performance management through information technology. Using quality management tools and methods, we transform the management process into an information process, and synchronize data interactions through information system to manage supplier management business of the supplier’s directory, admission control, performance evaluation, file management, supplier information sharing, and so on.
