Φ430 mm断面结晶器电磁搅拌工艺优化

摘要 在Φ430mm圆坯断面的生产过程中将结晶器电磁搅拌电流方向由“单一方向转动”调整为“正反转交替转动”模式。试验结果表明断面中心等轴晶比率提升,碳偏析状况明显改善。 In the production process of round billet with Φ430 mm section,the original current direction("single direction rotation") of electromagnetic stirring of mould was adjusted to "alternate rotation with positive and negative rotation"mode. The experimental results showed the equiaxial crystal ratio of section center was increased and the carbon segregation was obviously improved.
