Development of High Strength Hydrogen Sulfide Stress Corrosion Resistant Casing

文章主要叙述了抗硫化氢腐蚀性能的影响因素和控制要点。结合包钢的生产实践,生产出了具有自主知识产权的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀套管,产品具有良好的抗H2S腐蚀性能。经使用证明,产品性能良好达到国内同类产品的水平。

In the paper,the influencing factors and control main points of resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion are mainly described. The hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion resistant casing with independent intellectual property rights is produced combining with the production practices of Baotou Steel,which is with good resistance to H2 S corrosion. It is proved after being used that the product performances are good and can reach the level of domestic like products.
