Construction of Information Sharing Platform for Factory through Field

文章介绍了以云服务为媒介,在油田运行VMI供应商管理系统的基础上,利用包钢股份钢管公司MES-ERP系统搭建的工厂直达现场信息共享平台,减少了油田更新质保参数手动输入数据带来的人力物力浪费;同时,作为制造方的钢管公司也能第一时间获得产品使用反馈信息,既提高了信息资源利用率,同时也加快了信息传递速度,避免了信息在采集、储存及传递过程中的资源浪费,大大提升了效率。

In the paper,it is introduced the information sharing platform for factory through field constructed with the MES-ERP system of Steel Tube Co. of Baotou Steel,based on operating the VMI vendor management system in oilfield and the cloud services are as medium,with which the wastes of manpower and material resources caused by manual data input for updating quality parameters of oilfield are reduced as well as the manufacturer,Steel Tube Co. can also obtain the feedback information of product use first time. Moreover,the use ratio of information resources is improved,information transfer is accelerated,waste of resources in collecting,storing and transferring information is avoided so that the efficiency is greatly improved.
