PQF轧机芯棒支撑机架闭合居中的改善

摘要 文章依据PQF轧机芯棒支撑机架工作原理,采用可调拉杆和辊子曲轴等措施,解决了芯棒支撑机架使用寿命低下及芯棒不对中导致的钢管壁厚质量精度和芯棒表面磨损不正常的问题。提高了热变形工具的使用寿命,极大地降低了芯棒的消耗,对实际生产有一定的指导作用。 In the paper,the problems of short service life for support stand of mandril as well as the abnormal steel tube wall thickness quality accuracy and surface abrasion of mandril caused by misalignment of mandril are solved with such measures as adjustable pull rod and bent axle of roller based on the working principles of support stand for mandril of PQF rolling mill. As a result,the service life of thermal deformation tool is increased and the consumption of mandril is reduced greatly,which is with certain guiding function for actual productions.
