摘要
文章通过对石灰法除锰和氧化除锰进行对比试验研究,筛选最佳的工艺条件。试验结果表明:对于锰系磷化废液,氧化法除锰效率可达99.96%,处理后的出水锰含量小于2mg/L,达到国家相关标准规定的一级排放要求。
In the paper,the experimental study for comparing the Mn removal methods of lime-base process and oxidation to select the optimal technological conditions is introduced. The experimental results showed that the efficiency of Mn removal with oxidation for Mn-phosphatizing waste water could reach up to 99. 96%,the content of Mn in the water after treatment was less than 2 mg/L,which could meet the first class emission standard of the related national standard.
