摘要
扎鲁特-青州±800kV特高压直流输电工程的投运使东北电网的频率稳定特性发生了重大变化,特高压直流闭锁带来了系统高频稳定破坏风险。对此,应用电力系统分析软件PSASP对东北电网系统频率特性进行研究,分析频率特性的影响因素。选取东北电网典型潮流,对直流故障后系统可能出现的高频问题进行研究计算;对系统高频问题采取的控制措施及需要的控制量进行研究;提出了应对高频稳定问题的三道防线及综合控制策略,并给出提高东北电网频率稳定的建议性措施。
The operation of Zhalute-Qingzhou (+800 kV) UHVDC transmission project has greatly changed the frequency stability characteristics of northeast China power grid. UHVDC blockade brings the risk of high frequency stability damage. In order to solve this problem,power system analysis software PSASP is applied to study the frequency characteristics of northeast China power grid system and to analyze the factors influencing the frequency characteristics.The high frequency problems that may occur after DC fault being studied and calculated under typical power flow mode of northeast China power grid. The control measures that can be taken for the high frequency problems of the system and the required control quantity are studied. Three lines of defense and integrated control strategy for high frequency stability are given. Suggestions for improving frequency stability of northeast power grid are put forward.
