摘要
研究了圆柱钢杆内导波传播及频散特性。通过试验验证了杆中“柱面导波”现象并进行分析。利用建立的试验系统,对420mm长圆柱钢杆的人工模拟裂纹进行检测,结果表明在特定频率处,超声柱面导波检测钢杆中的缺陷是可行的。
This paper researches the cylindrical steel guide wave propagation and the frequency dispersion.The phenomenon of "cylindrical guided wave" in the rod is verified and analyzed by experiments.Using the established test system,it detects the artificial cracks of 420 mm long cylindrical rods.The results show that at a particular frequency,the defects can be detected by wave ultrasonic cylindrical steel rod.
