绝缘管型母线在220 kV本溪变电站改造工程中的设计应用

摘要 绝缘管型母线以其载流量大、绝缘性能好、空间布置灵活的特点,逐渐在各行业得到广泛应用。阐述了绝缘管型母线在本溪220kV变电站改造工程中的应用,分析了绝缘管型母线设计时应注意的关键问题,包括管型母线布置形式、屏蔽层接地和导体伸缩节设置,最后总结了绝缘管型母线在实际应用中需注意的问题。 The insulated pipe type busbar is widely used in various industries due to their large current carrying capacity,good insulation performance and flexible space layout.This paper describes the application of insulated pipe type busbars in Benxi 220 kV substation reconstruction project.It analyzes the key issues that should be paid attention to when designing insulated pipe type busbar,which including tubular busbar layout,shield grounding and conductor expansion joint setting.Finally,the problems needing attention in practical application of the insulated pipe type busbar are summarized.
