摘要
货舱通风布置是冷藏集装箱船的主要设计难点之一,需在货舱内有限的空间中考虑风道、梯道和设备维护空间等诸多因素的影响。针对600FEU冷藏集装箱船的货舱通风需求,介绍一种新的通风设计方案,即采用横舱壁中部集中送风、两侧抽风附加舱盖自然出风的通风型式。该方案有别于常规的冷藏集装箱通风设计,通过计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)模拟,初步验证该方案具有一定的可行性和有效性。
Cargo hold ventilation is one of the main difficulties in design of reefer container ships because many factors such as ventilation duct, walkway and equipment maintenance space need to be considered in case the space in cargo holds is limited. This paper introduces a new ventilation design for the cargo hold ventilation of a 600 FEU reefer container ship, which has the centralized air supply in the middle of the transversal bulkhead and the natural ventilation outlet on both sides and on the additional hatch cover. This is different from the conventional reefer container ventilation design. CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations have proven that the design is feasible and effective.
