摘要 采用MSC.PATRAN&NASTRAN有限元分析软件,模拟分析380t舵叶安装平台在工作状态下的结构应力和变形。通过对比几种结构设计方案,得出最优的方案。参照钢结构设计规范并结合实际情况,选取合适的设计衡准,在保证平台变形量在合理范围内的前提下,降低产品的生产成本。 MSC.PATRAN & NASTRAN finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the structure stress and deformation of the 380 t rudder blade installation platform under working conditions, and an optimal solution is proposed when several structure designs are analyzed and compared. According to the code for design of steel structures and the actual situation, suitable design criteria are chosen to reduce the production cost on the premise that the platform deformation is kept within a reasonable range.
