Developing Inventory of Harmful Materials for New Ships

为满足国际海事组织《2009 年香港国际安全与无害环境拆船公约》的要求,对新造船有害物质清单(Inventoryof Hazardous Materials, IHM)编制工作进行研究。梳理IHM 编制的步骤和主要方式、方法,研究各种方法的优缺点。结合当前的信息化技术,探讨更加统一、高效的网页和移动终端同步软件平台编制方法,为新造船IHM 编制工作的开展提供新的思路和方法。

In response to the HongKong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships 2009 adopted by International Maritime Organization (IMO), this paper studies the way to develop the Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) for new ships. The steps and major approaches to develop the Inventory are sorted out, and the pros and cons of the methods are discussed. The modern information technology is integrated to find out a more unified efficient developing method on a synchronous software platform based on the webpage or apps of mobile terminals, to provide new considerations and methods for developing of IHM for new ships.
