Application of FMEA in Design Project Risk Management

对某型平台供应船(Platform Supply Vessel, PSV)设计过程中措施失效导致修改率上升的现状进行分析。根据故障模式及影响分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, FMEA),提出将FMEA 方法运用到设计项目的风险管理中,并将发现和补救的机制融合到设计项目的过程控制中,进行闭环管理,从而有效减少设计差错,提高设计质量。经过分析和论证证明,将重要的工程分析方法运用到管理中是非常有效和实用的,说明工程技术和管理工作融会贯通是非常重要的。

This paper analyzes the rising modification rate caused by failure of measures in the design process of a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) and proposes to apply the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to the risk management of the design. It also suggests that the failure detection and rectification mechanism are integrated into the design, so as to realize close-loop management, effectively reduce design mistake and improve design quality. The analysis proves that the application of engineering analysis method to the management process is quite effective and useful, and the engineering technology integrating with management is significantly important.
