摘要
发电机组精处理系统中采用滤芯式结构的前置过滤器在使用时,由于过滤器的结构和反冲洗逻辑不当而产生滤芯堵塞问题。从过滤器的设计原理和结构、运行等几个方面对过滤器存在的问题进行分析,提出前置过滤器以空气擦洗为核心、水冲洗为辅助的反冲洗优化措施。
Aiming at the filter core prefilter in the precision processing system of the generator set, the filter core blocking is produced due to the structure of the filter and the improper backwash logic.The optimization measures of backwashing with the air scrub as the core of the pre-filter and the water washing as the assistant are put forward.It is based on the problems in the filter are analyzed from several aspects such as the design principle, structure and operation of the filter.
