Determination of salivary amylase in nurses with different shift patterns

目的:唾液淀粉酶可以作为心理应激的生理指标,本研究测评不同倒班、不同时间交接班护士的唾液淀粉酶水平,初步探讨护士不同倒班后的心理应激情况。方法:对济南市某三甲医院280名护士唾液淀粉酶浓度进行测评,比较不同倒班(两班、三班、白班)、不同时间交接班(两班17∶00、20∶00、三班23∶00、24∶00、01∶00)护士的唾液淀粉酶水平。结果:两班护士唾液淀粉酶浓度高于三班护士(158 vs.107,P<0.01)、高于白班护士(158 vs.92,P<0.01)。两班20∶00点交接班护士唾液淀粉酶浓度高于17∶00交接班护士(208 vs.136,P<0.01),三班01∶00交接班护士唾液淀粉酶浓度高于23∶00交接班护士(138vs.87,P<0.01)。结论:本研究提示,护士承担倒班工作模式时夜间交接班时间较晚承受的应激强度可能更大。

Objective:Salivary amylase could be used as a physiological indicator of psychological stress.This study evaluated the salivary amylase levels of nurses in different shifts and different time shifts,and initially explored the psychological stress of nurses after different shifts.Methods:The saliva amylase concentration of 280 nurses in a third-grade hospital in Jinan were measured to explore the stress degree of nurses in different shifts(two-shift,three-shift,day-shift) and different time shifts(two shifts at 17∶00,20∶00,and three shifts at 23∶00,24∶00 and 01∶00).Results:The salivary amylase concentration of nurses in the two-shift was higher than that of nurses in the three-shift(158 vs.107,P<0.01),and higher than that of nurses in the day-shift(158 vs.92,P<0.01).The saliva amylase concentration of the nurses on the two-shift at 20∶00 was higher than that at 17∶00(208 vs.136,P<0.01),and that of the nurses on three-shift at 01∶00 was higher than that at 23∶00(138 vs.87,P<0.01).Conclusion:It suggests that nurses who take on shift work may suffer more stress when the shift time is later at night.
