院前急救护理程序对创伤性休克患者应用分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析院前急救护理程序对创伤性休克患者应用效果。方法:选择2017年1月—2018年3月期间接受护理的96例创伤性休克患者,采用计算机随机抽取方式分组,各48例,对照组应用常规化的急救护理措施,观察组则给予患者院前急救护理程序,对比两组患者抢救时间、抢救成功率、并发症发生率以及护理整体满意率。结果:观察组患者无缝衔接一体化急救护理抢救时间、抢救成功率、并发症发生率、整体满意率均优于对照组( P <0.05)。结论:创伤性休克患者应用院前急救护理程序,可以全面提升护理质量,为患者后期的治疗节省时间,保证护理的满意率,降低在抢救中的并发症发生概率,患者对于该护理措施满意率较高,临床推广价值理想。
