沸腾炉掺烧烷基化废硫酸的实践与思考

Practice and thinking of blended spent acid from alkylation plant in fluidized bed roaster

以1套100kt/a硫铁矿制酸系统为例,对沸腾炉掺烧烷基化废硫酸的问题进行研究,提出了增加空气预热器提高沸腾炉上部操作温度、加强焙烧工序的保温、在电除雾器进口补充二次空气、在沸腾炉的扩大段设置废硫酸喷枪等措施。

A set of 100 kt/a sulphuric acid plant as example,blended spent acid from alkylation plant in fluidized bed roaster is studied. Measure adding air preheater to raise operation temperature,strengthening heat preservation of roasting section,supplementing secondary air at inlet of wet electrostatic precipitator,setting spent acid spray gun at expanded section of fluidized bed roaster are proposed.
