介绍了2019年上半年中国硫酸行业生产运行情况及形势分析.2019年1—5月全国硫酸总产量为35083 kt,同比上升2.8%;硫酸产能利用率为77.6%,同比上升4.6个百分点;1—5月我国累计出口硫酸991 kt,同比上升344.4%;平均出口价格为60.0美元/t,同比上升30.4%.6月底,全国w(H2SO4)98%硫酸均价为254元/t,环比下降10元/t,同比下降31元/t.2019年1—5月全国硫铁矿产量[折w(S)35%]为5148 kt,同比下降6.0%;全国磷复肥总产量(以P2O5计)为7013 kt,同比下降1.3%;5月底磷酸二铵(DAP)平均出厂价在2600元/t,磷酸一铵(MAP)平均出厂价在2000元/t.我国硫酸价格低位趋同,区域性产能过剩已转变为全国性产能过剩.相关企业应超前做好环保、安全工作,建立与市场有关的一切单位的长期合作关系,以实现稳定、可持续发展.

Production and operation of China's sulphuric acid industry and situation analysis in the first half of 2019 are introduced. China's sulphuric acid production reached 35 083 kt from January to May in 2019,increased by 2.8% year-on-year,sulphuric acid production capacity utilization rate is 77.6%,increased by 4.6% year-on-year. China's sulphuric acid cumulative export reached 991 kt from January to May in 2019,increased by 344.4% year-on-year. Average export price is 60.0 dollar/t,increased by 30.4% year-on-year. At the end of June,Average price of sulphuric acid with w(H2SO4)98% is 254 yuan/t,decreased by w(H2SO4)98% in the chain,reduce by 31yuan/t year-on-year. China's pyrite production reached 5 148 kt from January to May in 2019(35% mass S basis),decreased by 6.0% year-on-year,and total yield of phosphate compound fertilizer is 7 013 kt (P2O5 basis),decreased by 1.3% year-on-year. At the end of May,average ex-factory price of diammonium phosphate is 2 600 yuan/t,and that of monoammonium phosphate is 2 000 yuan/t. China's sulphuric acid price is at a low level,and regional over capacity has turned to national overcapacity. Related enterprises should do environment protection and safe work in advance,establish long-term cooperative relation-ship with all units related to the market to achieve stable and sustainable development.
