摘要 介绍了再生脱硫工艺中疏水装置的设置形式、使用中出现的问题及改进措施。分析了3种疏水阀的特点,针对连续疏水装置运行过程中出现的冷凝水无法排出、换热效率不高的问题,提出改进措施。连续疏水装置的设计与间断疏水阀相比具有运行稳定、节约能源的优势。 The setting form of hydrophobic device in regenerative desulphurization process, problems in operation and improvement measures are introduced. The characteristics of three kinds of traps are analyzed. In view of the problems that condensate water can not be discharged and heat transfer efficiency is not high during the operation of continuous traps, improvement measures are put forward. Compared with discontinuous trap, the design of continuous trap has the advantages of stable operation and energy saving.
