摘要
从组态原理分析,采用双交叉限幅组态与模块编程结合方式,对普光天然气净化厂最复杂的加氢控制系统进行研究与优化,设计出一种欠氧燃烧闭环控制系统。结果表明:当加氢进料燃烧炉温度超过设定值时,温度控制器先减小配风,再减小燃料气;当炉温低于设定值时,温度控制器先增加燃料气量,再依据燃料气量调整配风。在炉温自动控制的情况下,始终保证整个控制系统处于欠氧燃烧存在还原性气体(H2,CO)的状态。
Based on analysis of principle of configuration, the most complex hydrogenation control system of Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant by using combination of double-limit cross configuration and module programming are studied, and an under-oxygen combustion closed-loop control system is designed. The results showed that when furnace temperature exceeded set value, temperature controller firstly reduced air distribution, and then reduced fuel gas, when furnace temperature was lower than set value, temperature controller firstly increased fuel gas amount, and then adjusted air distribution according to fuel gas amount. When furnace temperature was controlled automatically, whole control system was in state of under-oxygen combustion with reducing gas (H2, CO) present.
