摘要
开发简单方法构造环状骨架一直是合成化学中的核心问题。多环芳烃类化合物在材料化学与药物化学中有广泛的应用,而芴作为一类重要的多环芳烃化合物,因其独特的性质,在光电子材料、太阳能电池、生物、医学等化学领域均有着广阔的应用前景。故构造芴结构已经成为有机合成的研究热点。然而,芴的合成方法非常有限,因此,从现成的材料中开发出有效组装这些聚碳环的新方法是十分有意义的。本文重点介绍了芴类化合物的应用及合成方法。
The development of simple protocol for constructing ring skeletons is a central issue in synthetic chemistry. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs ) are widely used in material chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry. Fluorenes are important polycyclic aromatic compounds with unique properties, which endow them with broad potential applications in multiple fields of optoelectronic materials, solar cells, biological, medical, and so on. Therefore, the structure of fluorene has become a hot topic in organic synthesis. However, the synthesis of fluorene is very limited. Therefore, developing new methods for efficient assembly of these polycarbocycles from readily available materials is in high demand. The development and synthetic methods of fluorene compounds were introduced.
