摘要
将稀盐酸与苯蒸残液按一定的配比加入三口瓶中,在设定温度下进行反应。经减压蒸馏瓶底得到棕色固体,瓶口反应气相经冷凝管冷却后回收溶剂苯。取下层固体加入适量乙醇,强力搅拌溶解固体,然后分阶段缓慢滴加三乙胺,反应结束后反应液过滤,所得滤饼用乙醇多次洗涤,再经干燥,得到粗6-氨基己酸产品。粗品经过活性炭脱色、减压蒸馏、重结晶后得到最终产品。
The dilute hydrochloric acid and residual liquid of distillated benzene were added to a three-necked bottle at a certain ratio and reacted at a set temperature. Finally, brown solids were obtained at the bottom by vacuum distillation, and the solvent was recovered after the reaction gas phase was cooled by the condensing tube. The appropriate amount of ethanol was added to the bottom, and the solids were dissolved with strong stir, and then triethylamine was added into it dropwise in stages. After the reaction, the mixed solution was filtered, and the obtained filter cake was washed with ethanol for times and dried to prepare crude 6-amino-caproic acid product. Then it was decolorized by activated carbon, vacuum distillation and recrystallization, and the final product was obtained.
