摘要
采用微波辅助提取法,研究了提取剂体积分数、提取时间、微波功率、料液比等工艺条件对大别山区葛根黄酮提取率的影响,并采用薄层色谱法对黄酮类成分进行定性分析,再利用紫外分光光度法对其定性和定量分析。结果表明:葛根黄酮提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇体积分数60%,提取时间4min,微波功率340W,物料比1:50;其黄酮类化合物的母核结构多为异黄酮、二氢黄酮及二氢黄酮醇类。
Extraction rate of flavonoids from radix pueraria in Dabie Mountains were investigated by studying the effects of ethanol volume fraction, extraction time, microwave power and solid to liquid ratio with microwave- assisted extraction. And the flavonoids were qualitatively analyzed by TLC, then qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from radix pueraria were as follows: ethanol volume fraction was 60%, extraction time was3 min, microwave power was340 W, solid to liquid ratio increased1 : 50. The mother nucleus of flavonoids were isoflavones, dihydroflavones and dihydroflavonols.
