摘要
在氢氧化钠介质中,酸性铬蓝K与二价钙离子通过静电引力相互作用形成新的化合物,在582nm处出现显著的褪色现象。研究了该方法的最佳反应条件、光谱特征、灵敏度及选择性,发现:钙离子在0~1.5μg·mL-1浓度范围内遵守朗伯-比尔定律;方法的灵敏度高,摩尔吸收系数ε为1.90×104L·moL-1·cm-1,并具有较好的选择性,用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意,据此建立了一种新的快速测定微量钙的方法。
In the alkaline medium,the acid chrome blue K reacts with calcium(Ⅱ) to form a new complex with the maximum color-fading wavelength at 582 nm. The spectral characteristics of the new complex,the optimum conditions for the reactions,and the sensitivity and the selectivity of the method were investigated. The intensity of absorbance for the new complex was directly proportional to the concentration of calcium(Ⅱ) in the range of 0 ~ 1. 5 μg·m L-1. The method had high sensitivity,and ε was 1. 90 × 104 L · moL-1·cm-1. In this case,most metal and non-metal ions did not interfere,so that the method had a good selectivity. The method was applied to the determination of calcium(Ⅱ) in the samples,and the result was satisfying. Therefore,a new and rapid method was developed to determine calcium(Ⅱ).
