新离心法高效测定催化裂化油浆固含量测定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 催化油浆是炼油厂催化裂化或催化裂解装置生产过程中产生的尾料,目前催化油浆固含量的测定没有统一的标准。传统的离心法是通过量取固体沉淀物的体积来测定催化油浆固含量,其测量的准确度和精密度会受到油浆颜色、粘度等因素的影响,人为干扰较大。本文采用称取固体沉淀物质量的方法测定油浆固含量。考察了不同固体催化剂含量下,取样量和烘干时间对检测结果的影响,最终确定的测定条件为取样量10~20g,甲苯用量50mL,离心后在105℃烘干60min。本方法测定时间短,操作简单,结果准确。 Catalytic slurry is the tailings during the production of catalytic cracking in oil refineries. At present, there is no uniform standard for the measurement of solid content of catalytic slurry. The traditional centrifugal method is to measure the solid content of catalytic slurry by measuring the volume of solid sediment. The accuracy and precision of the measurement will be affected by the factors such as slurry color, viscosity, and so on, and artificial interference is greater. The solid content of slurry was determined by the method of weighing the mass of solid sediment. The effects of sampling amount and drying time on the test results under different solid catalyst content were investigated. The final determination conditions were as follows: sampling amount was10~20 g, methylbenzene dosage was 50 mL, centrifugating and drying at105 ℃ for 60 min. The method had the advantages of short analyzing time, simple operation and accurate results.
