为满足新世纪我国制药行业的人才需求,培养大量新药研发人才成为了各药学相关院校的迫切任务。药物化学课程实践性强,实验课能够帮助学生理解理论并能够培养学生多方面的素质,因此有必要改良实验课的教学方法。在分析现有教学方法优缺点的基础上,从改革实验课课程设计,改良教学手段和考核方法三方面,阐述了提升教学效果,培养综合型药学人才的方法,为培养创新型和应用型药学人才奠定了良好的基础。

It is of great importance to cultivate many qualified drug discovery talents to meet the need of the fast-growing pharmaceutical industry of China in the new century. Experiment teaching of Medicinal Chemistry can greatly help students to understand theories of Medicinal Chemistry, and it can also improve many qualities of students. Teaching reform on this course is necessary. The methods of reforming course design, teaching methods and assessment model were discussed, so as to improve the quality of experiment teaching and enhance students comprehensive quality, as well as lay a good foundation for the cultivation of innovative and applied pharmaceutical talents.
