随着大数据时代的来临,人工智能在各行各业中发挥着越来越重要的作用.在档案管理与分析研究领域,研究如何更好地结合当代科技力量,融合大数据分析和人工智能技术,彻底将人们从繁琐的档案管理分析中解脱出来,是亟需解决的问题.本文本着提高档案管理与分析质量的目的,结合作者所在单位工作业务实际,以自学考试各项档案管理分析为例,探索自学考试发展中各类档案管理的问题,以数据说话,用智能导向,旨在为档案管理与分析提供更加智能化、便捷化和准确化的服务.从而为考生学习进一步提升做出综合模拟分析,为自学考试的进一步发展提供决策支持.

With the advent of the era of big data, artificial intelligence (AI) is emerging and has been playing a role of growing importance in all walks of life. In the field of archives management and analysis, it is an urgent problem to be solved that how should we better integrate contemporary scientific and technological forces, large data analysis and AI technology so as to thoroughly free people from the cumbersome archives management analysis. In order to improve the quality of archives management and combine with the practical work, this article takes the analysis of archives management of self-study examination as an example and explores its problems. It aims to make the analysis of archives management more intelligent, more convenient and more accurate by using data and intelligent guidance, so that a comprehensive simulation analysis and the decision support can both be made and put into use for the further development of self-taught examination and the greater improvement of examinees' learning.
