基于多孔金属层结构的表面等离子共振生物传感器

摘要 设计了一种基于多孔金属层结构的表面等离子共振的生物传感器,利用时域有限差分法对传感器进行了仿真.基于100nm直径的二维周期圆孔传感结构,仿真了外界折射率为1.3~2.3时的表面等离体共振情况.仿真显示,多孔处的表面等离子体共振显示出了极强的偏振特性.研究发现,多孔结构中形成了2个共振峰;在可见光波段,利用2个共振峰极大的增加了折射率的检测范围,有望在高折射率检测场合得到重要应用. This paper presents a surface plasmon resonance biosensor based on porous metal layer.Finite difference time domain method is used for the sensor's simulation. Based on the two-dimensional periodic hole structure with 100 nm diameter, surface plasma resonance in sensor is simulated when the refractive indices change from 1.3 to 2.3. The simulation demonstrated that the surface plasmon resonance around the hole showed strong polarization characteristics. The study found a porous structure formed in two resonance valleys.In visible light, detection range of the refractive indices is greatly increased utilizing the two resonance valleys, which is expected to have important applications as a high refractive indices detector.
