乡村产业带动小农户富裕的路径研究

Research on the route of rural industris promoting the well-off of smallholder farmers

"大国小农"是我国的基本国情、农情,小农户的现代转型和发展是解决好"三农"问题的基础,现阶段小农户增收存在生产主体能力较低、融入大市场困难、生产要素制约等问题,乡村产业发展可以为小农户增收致富提供新的机遇,以乡村产业发展带动小农户富裕应坚持政府主导、农民主体、创新驱动和社会支持的基本路径。

"Large country with small farmers"is the basic national and rural condition of China.The modernization,development and well-off of smallholder farmers lay the foundation of solving the challenges of"Rural Areas,Farmers and Agriculture".It matters greatly to the realization of strategy of rural rejuvenation and building aproperous society comprehensively.The properity of industy is the key of rural rejuvenation.Nowadays the well-off of smallholder farmers face the problems such as the low level of subject ability,the ineffencicy of integrating into the market and the inadequacy of production factors.Rural industries can provide new industries,modes of business and platforms to the smallholder farmers.The basic route of promoting the well-off of smallholder farmers through the development of rural industries are guiding by the government,farmers being subjects,innovation driving and social support.
