摘要
安保范围的合理划定是地铁安保区管理的前提。本文总结了我国现行地铁安保区范围划定方法,指出目前存在的主要问题,提出改进建议和实现的技术细节。全市全网采用相同的安保区范围与客观情况不符,无法满足实际管理的需要。须在考虑水文地质等关键影响因素的基础上,将安保区范围的划定细化到地铁线路和区段,并应适应特殊工程作业超常规影响的弹性需求;同时,从水平方向和垂直方向对安保区做多维度划定,形成立体保护空间。本研究成果将为我国地铁安全保护区范围的划定提供重要的技术支撑。
The reasonable delineation of the range is the precondition of the management of metro security protection area.This paper sums up the method of defining the range of the current metro security protection area in China, pointing out the existing problems and the improvement measures with technical details. It is not practical to apply the same range of the security protection area to the entire city network, for it can’t meet the actual management needs. To solve this problem,firstly, based on the key factors of hydrology and geology, to refine the scope of the security protection area on different lines and sections, so that the elastic demand of special engineering operation can be adapted. At the same time, it should form a three-dimensional protection space with the multi-dimensional delineation of the security protection area from the horizontal and vertical direction. The research results of the paper will provide important technical support for the delineation of the metro security protection area in China.
