圆盘超声电机准零刚度转子设计及其优化 被引量:1

摘要 该文针对长时间储存和高冲击环境导致超声电机正常工作预压力发生改变的背景,设计了一种受到外部环境扰动保持预压力恒定的准零刚度碟簧转子。借鉴了开槽碟簧设计思路,建立其参数化有限元模型。采用灵敏度分析选择主要设计变量,建立了在选定工作预压力附近准零刚度段最长的目标函数。利用有限元数值模型对该碟簧转子进行参数优化设计。结果表明,优化后的碟簧转子在正常工作预压力附近准零刚度段的长度达到0.6mm,且在冲击环境下满足强度要求,最终通过实验验证了装配有该碟簧转子超声电机的输出特性良好。 In this paper, a quasi-zero stiffness disc spring rotor which maintains the pre-pressure constant under the external environment is designed against the background that the normal working pre-pressure of the ultrasonic motor changes due to long-term storage and high impact environment. The parametric finite element model is established by referring to the design idea of the slotted disc spring. The main design variables are selected by sensitivity analysis. The longest objective function of the quasi-zero stiffness section near the selected working pre-pressure is established. The finite element numerical model is used for the optimized design of the parameters of the disc spring rotor. The results show that the length of the quasi-zero stiffness section of the optimized disc spring rotor reaches 0.6 mm near the normal working pre-pressure, and the strength requirement is met under the impact environment. Finally, the experiment verifies that the ultrasonic motor with the disc spring rotor has good output characteristic.
