摘要
以MgO矿粉为弱碱性碱源,部分代替NaOH漂白化学品,处理一段高浓磨后浆料和中浓漂后浆料。结果表明,MgO(2^#)为较优的漂白化学品,且能明显的改善纸浆性能。将MgO应用于年产10万t漂白化机浆生产线技改工作,形成了完整的工艺控制规范,且建立了适合高级文化纸质量要求的新型弱碱性漂白化机浆工艺规程(企业内控标准),达到了企业预期技改标准。
MgO ore powder was used as weak alkaline source, partly replacing NaOH bleaching chemicals to treat pulp after a period of high concentration grinding and medium concentration bleaching. The results showed that MgO(2^#) was a better bleaching chemical and could obviously improve the pulp properties. MgO has been applied to the technical transformation of bleached chemimechanical pulp production line with an annual output of 100 000 tons, and a complete process control specification has been formed. Moreover, a new type of weak alkaline bleaching pulp process specification (enterprise internal control standard) suitable for the quality requirements of high-grade cultural paper has been established, which meets the expected technical reform standard of enterprises.
