Development Route of Membrane Pressing Finishing Products Industry in Industry 4.0

德国工业4.0与《中国制造2025》都指向一个核心——智能制造、制造革新。本文以CNC雕铣机发展为例,浅谈工业4.0环境下膜压饰面制品行业内的变革,其中,以CNC全自动正反面橱柜门板生产线为例,介绍膜压饰面制品造型开料生产线的全自动化,有效地解决生产中存在的问题,提高生产效率与质量。引进先进生产设备,实现行业生产发展的自动化、智能化和信息化,构建行业发展新生态。

German Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025 both point to a core - intelligent manufacturing and manufacturing innovation. This paper discussed the development of CNC engraving and milling machine as a case in point to discuss the changes in the film- pressing industry in Industry 4.0. In the case of CNC full-automatic production line of front and back cabinet door panel, it understood the full automation of the film-pressing product modeling and cutting production line, effectively resolved the existing problems in production, and improved production efficiency and quality. Introducing advanced production equipment, realizing automation, intelligence and informatization of industry production development, and constructing new ecology of industry development.
