摘要
随着生活水平与膳食结构的不断改善,人们对畜产品质量的要求越来越高.肌内脂肪的组成与含量是影响畜产品品质的重要因素,而脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein,A-FABP)可通过结合长链脂肪酸进而调节脂肪代谢过程,并最终改善畜产品品质.就A-FABP基因的结构、功能及其对脂肪代谢调控的分子机制进行综述,从而为优质畜产品生产提供理论参考.
Due to the continuous improvement of people's diets and living conditions,the quality of animal products must also be improved to meet people's needs.Among them,the components and content of intramuscular fat are important factors affecting the quality of animal products,and adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein(A-FABP) can regulate lipid metabolism by binding to long chain fatty acid.And improve the quality of livestock products.The structure and function of A-FABP,underlying melocular regulatory mechanism was viewed in this study.It will help providing the theory basis to production of high-quality livestock products.
