Deficiency and Cultivation of Professional Spirit of New Media Editors

当下的新媒体编辑普遍存在职业精神缺失的问题。首先是精神动力缺失,具体表现在职业价值观异化、职业认同感弱化、职业责任感淡化三个方面。其次是职业行为失范,主要表现为对新闻真实性要求降低、道德良知缺失以及敬业勤业态度缺失。因此,从教育培训的驱动、媒体文化的浸润、新闻实践中内化三个层面提出新媒体编辑职业精神的培育途径。

At present, there is a general lack of professional spirit among new media editors. Firstly, the deficiency of professionalism is reflected in the lack of spiritual motivation, which is embodied in three aspects: the alienation of professional values, the weakening of professional identity and the dilution of professional responsibility. Secondly, the professional misconduct is mainly embodied in the reduction of authenticity requirements, lack of moral conscience and the lack of dedication and diligence. Therefore, driving education and training, infiltrating media culture and internalizing in journalism practice are possible ways to cultivate the professional spirit of new media editors.
