高校图书馆文献资源建设已步入政府采购的行列,加强图书采购质量是高校图书馆服务工作的核心环节。结合榆林学院图书馆实际,阐述了政府招标采购的积极意义,分析了高校图书馆图书采购工作中遇到的问题,并提出了解决问题的思路。

Literature resources of university library construction have stepped into the ranks of government procurement, and strengthening the quality of book procurement is the core of the service of university libraries. Based on the actual situation of the library of Yulin University, this paper expounds the positive significance of government bidding procurement, analyzes the problems encountered in the book procurement of university libraries, and puts forward some ideas to solve the problems.
