摘要
矿粉作为填料对沥青胶浆流变性能有着重要影响。通过多级应力重复蠕变试验、沥青弯曲蠕变劲度测定试验、动态剪切流变试验研究矿粉对沥青胶浆高低温性能及疲劳性能的影响。研究表明,不同矿粉对沥青胶浆流变性能影响不同。通过灰色关联分析可知,矿粉物化指标密度、亲水系数、P20、比表面积及细度模数与沥青胶浆高低温性能及疲劳性能之间关联较为密切,可将这5个指标作为矿粉筛选的重要参考指标。
The mineral powder has great influence on the rheological property of asphalt combined binder as filler. The influence is researched by MSCR, BBR and DSR. According to the result of tests, different mineral powders have different impacts on asphalt mortar’s rheological property. Based on the grey correlation analysis, the five indexes of mineral powder such as density, hydrophilic coefficient, P20 , specific surface area and fineness modulus correlate most greatly with the high temperature, low temperature and fatigue performances of the asphalt mortar. So these five indexes can be used as an important index to screening the mineral powder.
